Who this works for, and who it doesn't yet
We tutor children, and some of them need the site to work differently. This page says plainly what we have checked, what we know falls short, and how to reach a person if something gets in your way.

What we've checked
Keyboard navigation
Every page can be reached and used without a mouse. Links, buttons, and form fields take focus in a sensible order and show a visible focus ring.
Light and dark themes
The whole site works in either, and follows your device setting by default. Body text is checked against WCAG AA contrast in both.
Text scaling and reflow
Pages reflow down to a 320px-wide screen and remain usable when text is enlarged, so browser zoom and larger system font sizes both work.
What isn't good enough yet
- The shared whiteboard is a drawing surface, and drawing is not currently possible without a pointing device. A screen reader will not convey what has been drawn. We do not have a good answer for this yet — if your child needs one, please contact us before booking and we will work out how their tutor can teach around it.
- We have not completed a full audit against WCAG 2.2 AA, and we do not claim conformance. What is listed above is what we have checked ourselves, not what an external auditor has verified.
- Session video is provided by Daily.co and live captions are not switched on.
- We have not yet tested the site end to end with JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver.
Tell us when something doesn't work
We are two tutors, not a large company with an accessibility department — which means a message reaches someone who can actually change the site. If a page, a session, or a worksheet is unusable for your child, tell us what happened and what you were using, and we will fix it or find a way around it. Get in touch. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
If we can't put it right, you can raise it formally through our complaints procedure.
This statement describes the site as we have tested it, not as we would like it to be. We will update it as things change rather than leave a claim standing that is no longer true.
